वो ईद, ईद न होगी। (Woh Eid, Eid Na Hogi.) Covid Era is a different time and we are experiencing the things differently. Our lifestyles has changed, the way world behaving has changed and it has also changed the way Eid will be celebrated this year. The feast of fasting (Eid Ul Fitr ) will not come with Feast,Fun, Sharing, Caring and meeting our loved ones. But we still make it happier by doing our part in helping the weaker sections of the society which we must do. As a writer and poet I have celebrated this by writing this poem which I am sharing here. Happy Eid.     जब तेरी दीद न होगी, फिर ईद, वो ईद न होगी।   Jab Teri Deed Na Hogi, Phir Eid, Eid Eid Na Hogi. रात में तनहा चाँद का दीदार तो हो जाएगा, मुबारक़बाद देने को मगर मोहल्ला न चिल्लाएगा, चाँद रात पर जब ज़रूरी ख़रीद न होगी, फिर ईद, वो ईद न होगी।   Raat Mein Tanha Chand Ka Deedar To Ho Jaega, Mubarakbad Dene Ko Magar Mohalla Na Chillaega, Chand Raat Par Jab Zaroori Kh...

Eid Wish World is full of problems,hatred,violence,poverty,etc. In the time of celebration during festivals or other such occasion only selected few are fortunate enough to cherish them. In this holy month of Ramadan when Allah grant every valid wish. I pray for each and every one on earth through this poem. Raising my hands I only wish, Feast of eid everyone would relish, Happiness would fill each heart, All problems in world would vanish. The sweetness of sweets becomes such a treat, that unity prevail everywhere, Hatred from our lives would retreat. The crescent eid moon, would bring such a boon, None would sleep hungry, Poverty would remove soon, Once such a festival would come, which wouldn't for selected some, Each one would equally enjoy,  pray,share and together welcome.

आ गई ईद। ( Eid Has Came) मुस्कुराते नए चाँद के साथ, रोज़ेदारों को मिली है सौगात, खुशियाँ बाटने की चलाकर रीत, आ गई ईद,आ गई ईद।  With beaming of the new moon, Rozedar* has received a boon, Sharing happiness with it's aim, Eid has came,Eid has came. दोस्तों से,दुश्मनों से मिटा शिकवे-गिले, आ गया दिन जब मिलेंगे सबसे गले, बुराइयों पर हासिल करती जीत, आ गई ईद,आ गई ईद।  Erase grievances from foe and friend, A day has come in hugs to spend, Victory over evil it acclaim, Eid has came,Eid has came. दूर ग़म मुफ्लीसों के करने को, मिठास हर ज़िन्दगी में भरने को, हर किसी से जोड़ने प्रीत, आ गई ईद,आ गई ईद।  Problems of all paupers to reduce, sweetness in every body's life to induce, Love for each one it claim, Eid has came,Eid has came. *Rozedar = Those who fast during holy month of Ramzaan.
