We All Are One We all are one. This thought needs to be glorified now than any other time in the history of India. Never ever in any circumstances 'Muslims' were told to Go To Pakistan. Never Christians were reminded that they follow a foreign religion and funded by them. Never Sikhs criticized for doing service to humanity because those they were serving belongs to a different religion. Never Hindus believed that 'They' are snatching opportunities from 'Them.'  Such thoughts are disheartening and painful for a person like me who is grown up in a mix culture. So I decided to pen this poem and there is no better day to share it than on the occasion of Independence Day. Enjoy the poem. इस मिट्टी में मिट जाना है। (Iss Mitti Mein Mit Jana Hai) 'Iss Mitti Mein Mil Jana Hai' is voice of those Indians namely Muslims and Dalits who are treated as second class citizen nowadays. They are as much part of the nation building as any other citizen of India and didn't need any proof of their patriotism. Amid increase incidents of violence against Dalits & Muslims by Gau Rakshaks this Hindi Kavita authenticate their attachment with India. On this Independence Day we must cherish our unity and deny any force trying to fill hatred in us. Two Minute Medley #3 Raksha Bandhan is round the corner and Independence Day has just passed. This post has some quick poetry in Hindi-English on both this occasions and on the Kashmir unrest. Mother India Smiled. Patriotism is a word which hit our ears when national festivals like Independence Day or Republic Day are near or when there is some national disaster like terrorist attack or floods affects the country. India is a diverse and developing nation which requires this patriotism throughout the year for economic,cultural and social development of the country. But Sadly that doesn't happen and we forget our nationalism in front of region,religion,caste or color. Although there is negativity all over but some recent incidence shows that all his not lost. At such moments Mother India don't lament on her condition. Giving away your life is not the only symbol of your patriotism, completing your duties as a citizen honestly is also patriotism and a greater one because you need to practice it daily. I am putting here some recent incidences here in the form of a poem which displays such patriotism and brings smile on face of mother India. Happy Independence ...

Feel The Freedom Happy Independence Day. On 15th August 1947 we got from Britishers again to be slave of many injustices, practices and dirty politics. We are free from any foreign rule but due to these obligations of   society,religion,culture,tradition,relations,etc we are unable to feel our freedom. नाम देश का लिखूँगा। - India as my identity. India is the only country in the world with so many religions and culture. We live united in spite of so many diversities and are ready to give our lives for our country. Mohammad Iqbal in " Sare jahan se achcha ",said "Kuch baat hai ki hasti mitti nahin hamari,sadiyon raha hai dushman daure jahan hamara" which means that there is something that our identity is not erasable even when world is against us in every age which is true for us.
