This post has been published by me as a part of Blog-a-Ton 58 ; the fifty-eighth edition of the online marathon of Bloggers; where we decide and we write. In association with Saravana Kumar Murugan , the editor of Shades Of Life book series . Refugee Refugee is a person forced to leave his/her country, home, area and the things he loved. Return of #BlogATon58 and #Aativas50 should have encouraged me to right something celebratory but when there is no hope for return nothing could be celebrated. Not only the world, our country and also social media platforms are full of people who forced others to leave because they didn't like their presence. This poem is written in solidarity with all refugees and I hope someday they will definitely return.   Fighter planes, tanks, guns, missiles, missing loved ones in debris piles, left the soil, left the home, left money under the sun, homeless, loveless, no place to return. Friends, neighbors, companion, acquaintances, ...

This post has been published by me as a part of Blog-a-Ton 56 ; the fifty-sixth edition of the online marathon of Bloggers; where we decide and we write. A Secret Revealed. We suffer, we prosper, we born, we die, we hate, we love, we dare, we shy, we eat, we sleep, we laugh, we cry, whatever our faiths we all lie. But you never reveal any oddity? Who are you? What's your identity? We go to holy site, we perform religious rite, we climbed dangerous height, whatever our faiths you were beyond our sight. And you never show your visibility? Who are you? What's your identity? YOU are hiding behind veils of Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Christianity, Sikhism, Judaism, Jainism, Spirituality, Who are you? What's your identity? This secret I found, I found that secret, when I rummage inside my heart. You were no where but everywhere, depends on what view for you we adhere. You are none but an impression of our heart, told to us as a secret from...

In association with Rashmi Kumar , the author of Hooked, Lined and Single and Jyoti Arora , the author of Lemon Girl .   The Monsoon Pain Monsoon brings so much emotions one of these is sorrow. Those in pain saw rain as clouds shedding tears for them and partnering their pain to ease their sufferings. I have tried to bring out the grief of a victim of domestic violence in these rain drops or tear drops. ( Its your wish how you see them) I think  you are dear  to him as well, since when you have gone from here continuous is the rain spell  As rain water has submerged the  courtyard and the garden, I am too  drown in the pain of separation  Until you will not come back again, unbearable is this  pleasant rain. I sit and  see, the wind  b...

Nothing is comparable to things a mother does for her child to grow and live a happy life. We complain when someone asked us to work for an hour more or to work on holidays but she relentlessly manage everything in our homes without asking anything in return. We are forever indebted to her for giving us this beautiful life. A poem dedicated to all mothers. Happy Mother's Day. You are a forever magician If not then how you manage monthly expenses in half the budget? How you perform multi-task with hardly any gadget? If not a forever magician, then why relaxing in your lap removes all tensions? Why caressing by your hand gives life elation? How h...

But they forget that they are united in this world only if circumstances favors them. True soulmates are either those who come victorious from the test of time or those who succumbs to it. This poem is a story of one such couple. "Your love makes my life complete In next life ,this cycle I want to repeat. It feels good....satisfying and great. that you are my soulmate. " Every time he read her these words, all his wounds were stirred. He always thought why that girl his wife with whom he promised to spend his life betrayed his trust and earned his disgust. We make this bond, all others are by stars, only this remain true and all  may farce. We share grief,we share fun, for secrets we can't trust anyone. I am on my knees, folding my hands, give me apology and tie that friendship band. Where there is love, there are such tiffs, Don't enlarge such small miffs. She came to him hearing his plea of forgiveness. They hug each other forgetting their misunderstanding. To share,to love,to enjoy,to cry,t...

To be part of the next edition, visit and start following Blog-a-Ton . Silent Must Be Heard It is very shameful that a country which worship women shows negligible respect to them. Acid attacks, gang rape, domestic violence, female foeticide ,dowry deaths ,etc are still rampant in our country on large school. Government agencies are acting as mere spectators. Moreover our social setup is such that victims get victimized and remain silent but as we know a silence is worth thousand words. Their silence worth thousand words  Their silence everyday hurts, Their silence mocking traditions, Their silence clearing illusions*. With this poem I have tried to bring out pain which many girls and women silently suffers :  1. Aah........     She screamed inside.     Once mo...

When you followed silly girls, and they gave you a slap, You committed daily mistakes,  and I hid your crap When you hit a boundary, I cheered you in crowd, you needed some help, but never shared your doubt, During that time of hormonal overturn,I was sure  the page will turn. When you joined the army, page did turned, you expressed your love, but never returned. War snatched my eve...

Burned houses, broken walls, Uncountable in wells falls, Tattered clothes, battered stalls, Rests with the night after the storm. Abort unborn, orphan infants, Raped girls, homeless tenants, Widows carrying child stagnant, Remains with the night after the storm. Lifeless bodies,food-less alive, Yearning babies, futile strive, Killers of humanity just thrive, Results with the night after the storm. False promises,pretense...

I have seen some dreams, of togetherness extreme, To live with only you or for death prepare, As everything is fair, when love is in the air. How differently I purpose, all talks have same course, To keep you in front of me and for lifetime stare. As everything is fair, when love is in the air. ...
