Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening - Robert Frost Universal Children's Day takes place annually on November 20 by United Nations recommandation. But in India it is celebrated on November 14 which is the birthday of India's first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru  who was very fond of children,they also loved him and called him as Chacha Nehru (Uncle Nehru). On this occassion I am sharing one of his favorite poem written by Robert Frost. Jawaharlal Nehru had copied the last stanza of the poem in his own hand,sometimes before his death and always kept it by his side. Whose woods these are I think I know, His house is in the village though, He will not see me stopping here, To watch his woods fill up with snow.
