लहरों से डर कर नौका पार नहीं होती,

कोशिश करने वालों की हार नहीं होती।

Boat can never cross, fearing the waves,
Those who try never ever fails.

नन्हीं चींटी जब दाना लेकर चलती है,

चढ़ती दीवारों पर सौ बार फिसलती है,

मन का विशवास रगों में साहस भरता है,

चड़कर गिरना,गिरकर चड़ना न अखरता है,

A small ant with a grain when moves,

hundred times it slides the wall as it climbs,

confidence of mind fills courage in nerves,

climbing up and falling down doesn't hurts,

आखिर उसकी मेहनत बेकार नहीं होती,

कोशिश करने वालों की हार नहीं होती।
At last it's(ant's) efforts doesn't wastes

Those who try never fails. 

डुबकियाँ सिन्धु में गोताखोर लगता है,

जा-जा कर ख़ाली हाथ लौटकर आता है,

मिलते नहीं सहज ही मोती गहरे पानी में,

बढता दुगना उत्साह इसी हैरानी में,

A diver in the sea again and again dives,
Repeatedly empty handed he arrives,
In deep waters,it's not easy of a pearl one get hold,
In wonder,rise in enthusiasm two fold.

मुट्ठी उसकी ख़ाली हर बार नहीं होती,

कोशिश करने वालों की हार नहीं होती।
His fist is not empty always,
Those who try never fails.

असफलता एक चुनौती है,इसे स्वीकार करो,

क्या कमी रह गई ,देखो और सुधार करो,

जब तक न सफल हो,नीद चैन को त्यागो तुम,

संघर्ष का मैदान छोड़ कर मत भागो तुम,
Failure is a challenge,accept it,
What is lacking,see and correct it,
Leave rest and sleep unless successful,
Don't run from struggle,being fearful,

कुछ किये बिना ही जय-जय कार नहीं होती,

कोशिश करने वालों की हार नहीं होती।
Doing nothing,no one get praises,
Those who try never fails.
